I have been the Interim Team Manager for the Safeguarding Adults and DOLS team for several months now, and I would just like to highlight how impressed I have been with how supportive Charlotte has been to me and my service.

I will be leaving my post at the end of this week for pastures new, however I just wanted to highlight how professional, attentive, and accommodating Charlotte has been. Right at the start, when I was learning Harrow processes, no matter how busy Charlotte has been; how big, or how small a task I have needed support with, Charlotte has been incredible.

I’d like to highlight the tremendous support that Taylor has afforded me over the last decade. Her support has been so good that I have followed her between two different agencies.

With Taylor’s help I have moved on to Senior SW, Senior practitioner, and most recently a Team Manager role.

I would like to share my views and feedback regarding my consultant Taylor Johnson.

I have been registered with Pertemps for over five years, and worked as an agency social worker for many years prior to that. When Taylor became my consultant, I was assured that I would be in good hands. I was dubious to begin with, as change can be daunting.
