Tribunal and Complaints Officer – Liverpool

Pay rate – £400 per day
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Liverpool City Council are currently recruiting experienced Tribunal and Complaints Officers for their SEND services.
 
35hrs per week
Remote working but needs to attend office on first day to collect PC and complete induction
Must be prepared to come in the office occasionally
6 months placement minimum.
 
Reducing the number of complaints and tribunals is a corporate priority. Interim specialist and knowledgeable support are required to clear the backlog of complaints and tribunals within SEND. 
The candidate must have a proven track record in SEND complaints and tribunal processes.
Must have excellent mediation skills, used to recording and tracking information and always keeping all records up to date
This is just an interim post to provide additional capacity on a short-term basis and is not anticipated to be a long-term or permanent post.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
