Short Breaks Co-ordinator, CWD Service, Hackney  
£40.52 per hour  
To monitor and regulate the performance, equitability and affordability of Hackney’s short breaks for disabled children and young people. 2) To lead on contract management and monitoring activity, to develop, implement and maintain robust contract monitoring policies, procedures and frameworks, in line with corporate practices, and to ensure compliance with them.
