SEND Officer – Central Bedfordshire
Hybrid Working | £300 per day
Central Bedfordshire is seeking an experienced SEND Officer to support the team with a focused remit on amending Education, Health and Care Plans following Annual Reviews.
The role will primarily involve reviewing annual review paperwork, analysing professional advice and parental views, and issuing proposed and final amended EHCPs within statutory timescales. You will ensure plans are accurate, outcome-focused and compliant with the SEND Code of Practice.
Candidates must have prior Local Authority SEND experience, strong drafting skills and the ability to manage amendment processes efficiently within a hybrid working model.
