Quality Assurance Officer – North London

Pay rate – £400 per day
 
Contract – Temporary
 
A North London local authority are currently recruiting an experienced Quality Assurance Officer for their Adults services.
 
Hybrid working available
Working 36 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
 
Monitoring and elevating service standards within Adult Social Care, Safeguarding, and Quality Assurance.

• Conduct provider visits using a proactive, risk-based approach and the Safety Helix framework to ensure high-quality, compliant local provision.
• Act as a champion for best practice by working directly with providers through forums and collaborative engagement to drive service improvements.
• Identify instances of non-compliance and implement necessary corrective actions to resolve poor practice.
• Work closely with the Safeguarding Team by participating in case conferences and addressing complex issues within delivery organisations.

 
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
