The ability to effectively assess Shared Lives carers to provide a service to people with learning disabilities and other vulnerable people in need of care and support The ability to enable change and improvement in Shared Lives carers practice and to work in partnership with Shared Lives carers in a professional way, recognising and minimising potential conflicts The ability to liaise, negotiate and communicate with a range of professionals, Shared Lives carers and vulnerable service users in order to ensure the continuity of a high quality service and satisfaction for Shared Lives carers and service users The ability to solve problems, resolve issues and work in a creative and flexible way to ensure that outcomes for Shared Lives carers and service users are met The ability to write comprehensive reports to a high standard, to undertake administrative and financial duties and to use IT systems effectively The ability to proactively work to deadlines, often within tight timescales and to manage own case load within a pressured and demanding environment 
£24.28 per hour
