Pay rate – £27.85 per hour  
We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Advisor within the Transition to Adulthood Service. This is a full time 6 month role, supporting care-experienced young people aged 16–25 as they move towards independence. 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
