Personal Advisor – Buckinghamshire

Pay rate – £24 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Buckinghamshire County Council are currently recruiting experienced Personal Advisors for their Leaving Care team.
 
Hybrid working available
37 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
 
Supporting care-experienced young people aged 16 to 25 as they transition into independent adulthood.
Conduct holistic needs assessments, prepare and regularly review SMART Pathway Plans (reviewed at least every 6 months), and help young people map out their goals.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
