Pay rate – £300.00 – £350.00 per day

Calderdale Council are recruiting an experienced Adult’s Social Worker for an Operations Manager vacancy in their Adults & Wellbeing Services.
 
Provide operational management and take forward the adult social care vision and the new operating model based on strength and asset-based approaches.
Represent Adult Social Care in the development and implementation of the five localities in Calderdale Cares.
Take managerial responsibility for all aspects of service delivery and partnership working for your portfolio area.
Ensure your portfolio area meets its statutory responsibilities regarding legislation and safeguarding.
Ensure the direct provision in your portfolio meets the regulatory requirements meets CQC standards. Manage the efficient and effective utilisation of all resources available to your portfolio.
As a member of extended leadership team support the Directorate in the implementation of strategy, policy and delivery of the Directorate priorities.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
