Occupational Therapist
Location: Rutland
Pay rate: £22.25 per hour (subject to discussion)
Working pattern: Minimum 2 days per week in the office

Role Overview We are recruiting an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions to adults and children, supporting them to live independently and safely within their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete functional assessments for adults and children with disabilities
• Recommend and arrange appropriate equipment and adaptations, including major adaptations where required
• Promote independence, safety, and wellbeing in line with best practice
• Manage a varied caseload and maintain accurate case records
• Work in accordance with safeguarding policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
• Liaise with service users, carers, and partner agencies

Essential Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• Current HCPC registration
• Experience within an adult social care or adult health setting
• Working knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
