Newly Qualified Social Worker – Liverpool         
Adults Social Care (Community Mental Health Team)
Rate: up to £33.77 per hour
 
We are recruiting for motivated qualified social worker to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK’s highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.
 
This is a newly qualified social worker role requiring you to be SWE registered and to have relevant experience within adults services.
 
Primary responsibilites include:
 

• Assessment and service delivery under the Care Act 2014
• Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries
• Mental Capacity Act 2005
• Best Interest Assessments
• Social Circumstances Reports for Sections 2, 3 and Tribunals/Appeals
• Complex hospital discharges from Acute Ward and Rehab Units
• Good working knowledge of Liquid Logic and RiO systems is desirable but not essential
