Family help Lead Practitioner, Wokingham 
To carry a caseload of families delivering strength-based interventions providing high-quality, practical support and intervention in line with the Family Help Plan. 
To complete whole family assessments and co-produce strength-based action plans in partnership with families referred for support to build networks of support and reduce the need for statutory intervention. 
 
£27 per hour
