Family Help Lead Practitioner – Cheshire West and Chester

Pay rate – £23.61 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Cheshire West and Chester Council are currently recruiting experienced Family Help Lead Practitioners for their Family Help team based in Ellesmere Port.
 
37 hours per week
Hybrid working available
 
To support children and families through assessment, planning, and delivery of targeted interventions.
 

• Complete holistic assessments and develop outcome-focused plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners
• Chair meetings and contribute to safeguarding processes
• Maintain accurate and timely records

 
You will adopt a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, ensuring children’s voices are central to all practice.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
