Family Help Lead Practitioner – Cheshire West and Chester

Pay rate – £23.61 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Cheshire West and Chester Council are currently recruiting experienced Family Help Lead Practitioners for their children’s services based in Ellesmere Port.
 
Hybrid working available
37 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
 
Support children and families through assessment, planning, and delivery of targeted interventions.

• Complete holistic assessments and develop outcome-focused plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners
• Chair meetings and contribute to safeguarding processes
• Maintain accurate and timely records

 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
