Children’s Team Manager – Liverpool

Pay rate – £46 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Liverpool City Council are currently recruiting an experienced children’s Team Manager for their Family Help team.
 
3 days office based, 2 days from home
35 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
 
Providing leadership, management oversight, and direct line management to social care professionals supporting local children and families.
Directly manage Consultant Social Workers, Social Workers, and Outreach Family Support Workers.
Conduct case audits and evaluate the impact of support services to drive continuous improvement across the Liverpool Family Help Service.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
