Contract roles – Assessments Teams, County Wide
 
Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Children’s Social Workers in Hertfordshire.
There is to work in Assessments Teams across the County, including

• East Hertfordshire
• Welwyn
• Hatfield
• Broxbourne

 
Assessment team

• Case holding – Around 18 cases
• Undertaking C+F assessments, Care planning, presenting cases at strategy meeting/CIN meeting/CP conference and LPM.
• Completing risk assessments
• Wishes and feelings work with children
• Assessment visits to families
• UASC initial processes (C+F to initial looked after review)
• Responding to duty tasks
• Information gathering from multi agency partners to inform assessment
• Lone working
• Preparing meeting reports and minutes of meetings
• Gathering parent and child feedback
