Children’s Social Worker – St Helens

Pay rate – £39 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
St Helens MB Council are currently recruiting experienced children’s Social Workers for their Duty & Assessment team.
 
Hybrid working – minimum of 2 days a week in the office with the exception being in 5 days when you are on duty
 
You will be on duty once every 4 weeks in which you will respond to referrals and complete assessments where necessary.
The right candidate must have experience of managing CIN/CP and PLO work, managing sec 47 investigations and be able to work at a fast pace.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
