Children’s Social Worker – Sefton

Pay rate – £40 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary  
 
Sefton MB Council are currently recruiting experienced children’s Social Worker for their Duty & Assessment team.
 
Hybrid working available
 
Investigate child safeguarding concerns, carry out Section 47 inquiries, and complete single assessments.
Operating at the front line of statutory services, they collaborate with the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) to mitigate immediate risk, formulate safety plans, and manage cases for children in need.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
