Children’s Social Worker – Pembrokeshire

Pay rate – £39.18 per hour  
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Pembrokeshire Council are currently recruiting experienced children’s Social Workers for their Childcare Assessment team.
 
Social worker required to be officer based, there is also working from home opportunity for writing up assessments.
Office based is required due to S.47 rota being in place.
Office is County Hall, Haverfordwest.
 
The Child Care Assessment Team is a statutory team that undertakes child protection, Young People Looked After, Court and family support work with families under the remit of the Social Services and Well Being Act (Wales) Act 2014 and related codes of practice.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
