An experienced Social Worker is required to join a Family Help Team within a local authority in North West London. This is a hybrid working position, offering a flexible balance between office and home-based working.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of children and families in need of support
• Completing assessments and developing care plans
• Undertaking child protection investigations
• Working closely with multi-agency professionals
• Maintaining accurate case records and reports
• Attending court proceedings where required

Requirements:

• Social Work England registration
• Qualified Social Worker status
• Previous experience within children’s services
• Strong assessment and safeguarding experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team
