Children’s Social Worker – Liverpool

Pay rate – £40 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary  
 
Liverpool City Council are currently recruiting experienced children’s Social Workers for their Safeguarding team.
 
35hrs pw – 9am-5pm – 7hrs per day, can be flexible in working hours any time between 8am – 6pm
Office out of city (Edge Hill), free car parking
Low / Stable caseloads
Permanent management structure from Deputy Team Manager level upwards
Access to regular supervision
Access to free learning and development to support CPD
Welcoming/Friendly teams
3 days maximum on site in Liverpool per week (excluding duty weeks)
6-month placement minimum

Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
