Children’s Social Worker – Knowsley

Pay rate – £39 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Knowsley MB Council are currently recruiting experienced children’s Social Workers for their CIN/cp team.
 
Hybrid working available
Social workers safeguard vulnerable children through targeted interventions.
Core duties include conducting thorough assessments, implementing support plans, and managing cases. In Knowsley, professionals also handle initial court hearings before transferring ongoing cases to dedicated long-term teams.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
