Children’s Senior Court Officer – Birmingham

Pay rate – £33.30 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Birmingham City Council are recruiting experienced Senior Court Officer for their children’s court proceedings.
 
Preferred qualified candidate but will accept non-qualified.
Would require at least two years youth justice/youth justice court work experience.
Will be expected to represent child throughout court proceedings, liaise with professionals and service the courts.
This role will require to work weekends/bank holidays on a rota basis.
This role is an in-person role and will be required to attend the office on a daily basis at Victoria Law Courts Birmingham.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
