Children’s Advanced Practitioner – Middlesbrough

Pay rate – £34.45 per hour

Middlesbrough Borough Council are currently recruiting an experienced children’s Advanced Practitioner for their Child Exploitation team.
 
We are looking for an interim social worker to join our exploitation team in Middlesbrough.
The candidate will be experienced in supporting children at risk of or experiencing exploitation.
The role is hybrid working (2 days a week office based), with the ability to respond to any escalating concerns 5 days per week.
Due to the nature of the role the candidate will benefit from a very manageable caseload.
 
Candidate must have an Enhanced DBS for Working with Children in place prior to commencement.
 
  
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
