Care Manager – Harrow

Pay rate – £24 – £25 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Harrow Council are currently recruiting experienced Care Managers for their Adults Safeguarding & DoLS team.
 
Hybrid working available
36 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
 
Managing adult safeguarding and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) by following the London Multi-Agency Adult Safeguarding Policy and Procedures under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Follow the local multi-agency process covering Concerns, Enquiry, Safeguarding Plan and Review, and Closing the Enquiry.
Ensure the service users views, wishes, and desired outcomes are central to any safety plan or intervention.
Identify when a Harrow resident in a care home or hospital experiences constant supervision and control without the freedom to leave.
Promote human-rights-driven, person-centred care to explore less restrictive options before and during placements.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
