Adult’s Social Worker – Westmorland & Furness

Pay rate – £34 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Westmorland & Furness Council are currently recruiting experienced adult’s Social Workers for their Mental Health team.
 
Hybrid working available
Providing strengths-based, person-centered support for individuals (18+) living in the community.
Core duties focus on promoting independence, assessing care needs, safeguarding vulnerable adults, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary health teams to create sustainable support plans.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
