Adult’s Social Worker, Senior Practitioner, Community Team , Bristol 
Pay rate £35 per hour 
Contract role, Community Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Bristol 
This is to work in a Community Team 
Role:  

• Undertake Care Act Assessments, Reviews, S.42 Enquiries, Mental Capacity Assessments, Best Interest Decision, participate on duty rota (every 15-20 weeks), Court of Protection work and to facilitate forensic and community mental health hospital discharge where applicable.  

• The role also include completing assessment and reviews of service users care needs who are placed and supported out of  area placement. 

• Experience using LAS is preferrable.
