Adult’s Social Worker – Cheshire East

Pay rate – £36 per hour

Cheshire East Council are currently recruiting experienced adult’s Social Workers for their Care & Support team based in Crewe.
 
Hybrid working available
 
Must have:
Experience of working with vulnerable adults, including safeguarding, with a range of difficulties (e.g. mental health, drugs and alcohol abuse, physical disability, illness etc.).
Experience of practice in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act.
Experience of working with a range of professionals across various organisations.
Able to undertake assessments and develop programmes of care to meet the specific requirement of individuals
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
