Pay rate – £28.40ph 
Completing Enablement Assessments, collaborating to create Enablement plans, instructing enablement officers on intervention. Working location: (is the role remote/hybrid/office based – please give expectations e.g. 2 days WFH, location of office, etc) Hybrid working Community based – office based minimum of 1 day a week based at Goscote Centre
