Adult Social Worker, Triage Team, Enfield  
An experienced, qualified social worker is required to join the Connect Team within the front-door triage service. * Must have community experience and be able to work at pace to support adults and their carers during crises. * Carry out comprehensive social care assessments and/or prepare reports, with detailed support plans where appropriate. * Must have access to a car and be able to travel across the borough. * Use a strengths-based approach to promote independence and work preventatively. 
£32.49 per hour
