Pay rate – £36.69 per hour

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in North Wales 
We have an opportunity that has become available for a temporary experienced Social worker  to work alongside the Adult Mental Wellness team within Conwy social services. 
The suitable candidate will be expected to assist the with the delivery of high quality social work service to people who are deemed vulnerable or needing support due to prolonged social stressors which is impacting upon their daily functioning.  
You will be required to build excellent links with third sector organisations to provide proportionate responses to individuals.  
You will need to work with the individual, carers and families to provide support and to develop resilience and independence, ensuring that the individual, families and carers are at the centre of decision making about their lives and the outcomes that they want to achieve.
