Adult Social Work Team Manager, Southampton 
Additional Team Manager capacity is required to support the development of our front door team, working alongside the current management team. This capacity is needed to help us implement an extensive improvement plan covering all aspects of the team from cultural change, learning and development, to pathways, processes and everything in between. This is the top priority for Adult Social Care and there is support from the senior management team, practice development team, a project manager, business analyst, HR and business support.  It is a great opportunity for someone with evidenced experience in delivering a substantial change project and improvement in performance and team morale.    The team function is to manage new referrals to adult social care including Care Act and Safeguarding, providing the first response taking a preventative approach and supporting people to resolve their issues as soon as possible.  The team meets immediate needs and risks, completes Care Act assessments and Safeguarding enquiries where appropriate.  
£35 per hour
