Adult Social Work Assistant Team Manager, Enfield  
To provide clinical and operational leadership within the Adult Social Care Reablement Service as an Occupational Therapist Assistant Team Manager. The post holder will oversee triage and allocation of reablement referrals, support safe and timely decision-making, provide expert advice on complex cases, and line manage/supervise Occupational Therapists, to ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused reablement. 
£35.37 per hour
