Picture this: it’s 2017, and Hayley Crisp steps into Pertemps Professional Recruitment. It’s a small team back then, and that first day started off an exciting and rewarding journey. It’s fair to say Hayley hasn’t looked back since.
Hayley’s commitment and expertise has ensured that payroll is at the heart of PPR’s success. Responsible for the daily payroll process, Hayley and her team’s attention to detail is crucial because there’s simply no room for error where money is concerned.

With Wednesday afternoons comes a little midweek madness for the payroll team. Deadlines are on their way, and demand precision and organisation from everyone. The days leading up to it? Think meticulous preparation, not least ensuring timesheets are accurate. Post-deadline, it’s rinse and repeat—a cycle of integrating new starters and updates for the week ahead.
