Welcome to Pertemps Social Care's Referral Scheme
At Pertemps Social Care, we know that great talent attracts great talent and great Social Work Professionals can use their networks to source their own roles. As a trusted partner in social care recruitment, we’ve established strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Now, we’re inviting you to join our referral program and help us connect with exceptional social workers or choose to bring your job to us.
How It Works
We offer a generous referral bonuses of £75, £100, £150 or £250 depending on the type of referral you make. Your consultant will explain the criteria to you.
The referrals are for:-
- Bringing your own job to Pertemps
- Referring a Social Work or Allied Health professional
- Referring a Social Care worker
The referral fees are paid once terms and conditions are met. The best part? There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make, so spread the word and multiply your rewards!
Who Can You Refer?
You can refer UK social workers, SEND Professionals, Occupational Therapists and Public Sector workers to us. Whether they’re seasoned social workers or fresh faces in the field, if they’re new to Pertemps, they’re eligible for referral.
What Jobs Can You Bring?
You can bring any Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Social Care, Housing or SEND role. We recruit across the whole Public Sector – so if unsure please ask your consultant.
To Claim Your Referral
To claim your referral, click here and send an email with the subject line ‘Pertemps Referral‘. Please include your name, contact details, and the name of the social worker you have referred.
Please note: Please make sure to carefully read the terms and conditions. Also, please note that we can only track referrals if they are communicated to us directly, so it’s crucial to inform us of any referrals you make.
- To ensure fairness and transparency, please review the following terms and conditions before participating in our referral programme
- Referred candidates must be ‘new’ to Pertemps Social Care, meaning we haven’t previously received their details through other channels.
- The £ referral incentive depends on candidate profession :- for example we offer £250 for QSW, health related professionals, SEND workers and Educational Psychologists, £75 for non-qualified workers.
- Only one person can claim a referral fee for each social worker. In case of a dispute, Pertemps Social Care’s decision is final.
- All referrals need to be made through our website, or in writing to one of our consultants.
- Anyone referred must have explicit consent to send the referred candidates details.
- To receive your ‘bring your own job’ bonus, you must bring your own position to Pertemps Social Care that we have not already arranged an interview or introduced to you.
- All referral claims must be made within the first 6 months of referred candidates work or within 6 months from the start date of your contract for ‘bring your own job’ bonus.
- Payment for referral bonuses will be made after a candidate has worked 6 weeks
- Bring your own job bonus is paid upon completion of your 6 weeks in work
- Referral fees will be paid by BACS and are taxable. Proof of holding a UK bank account in your name will be required.
Fancy a bit extra?
Additionally, if you have found your own job and brought this exclusively to us, you will also receive a £150 bonus if you are qualified, or £50 if you are unqualified.
