Children’s Independent Social Worker – Buckinghamshire

Pay rate – £40 per hour (Outside IR35)
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Buckinghamshire County Council are currently recruiting experienced children’s Independent Social Workers to complete Form F Assessments.
 
Must be Form F Assess trained and have prior experience completing them.
 
Plan and deliver 8 to 12 face-to-face or remote sessions over 2 to 3 months to review applicant backgrounds, lifestyles, and motivations.
Produce analytical, evidence-based reports covering parenting capacity, emotional resilience, household safety, and trauma-informed care.
Carry out full home safety inspections and verify gas/electrical certificates, pet policies, and general environment suitability.

Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
