Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult’s Social Workers in the North East area. 

• You will be required to support acute hospital discharge team, completing assessments and supporting safe and timely discharge. Responsible for managing a caseload , and work as part of a team based in an office in Sunderland Royal Hospital. 

 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
