Education Health Care Plan Coordinator – Lambeth

Pay rate – £226.60 per day
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Lambeth Council are currently recruiting an experienced Education Health Care Plan Coordinator for their SEND service.
 
Remote working available
35 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
 
Managing the statutory assessment, drafting, and review processes for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
