Early Help Practitioner – Harrow

Pay rate – £26.12 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary – Full-time
 
Harrow Council are currently recruiting an experienced Early Help Practitioner for their Targeted Services.
 
Hybrid working available
 
Providing community based early support to children and their families (pre-Natal – 19/25 years) group delivery and parenting programmes. The candidate will have on opportunity to champion on key areas such as SEND, Good Level of Development and transitions.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
