Pay rate to £57.08 per hour

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Development Control Planning Officer for Major Projects in West London. 
You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Planning department 
Overview: 
 

• Significant experience (5 years +) working as a Development Control Planning Officer, assessing a range of planning submissions with a particular emphasis on major planning applications. 

• This role may have supervisory responsibility for junior members of the Development Management Team, assisting with inductions and training of peers and new employees in respect of complex planning applications/submissions 

• Degree or Masters in Town & Country Planning, or equivalent discipline (such as geography, construction, architecture or design) at graduate or post graduate level.
