Pay rate to £24 per hour  
Contract role – Leaving Care 16+ Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Personal Advisor in Buckinghamshire 
This is to work in a Leaving Care 16+ Team in Aylesbury. 
You will need to have experience of Pathway Planning and access to your own transport. 
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
