📍 Location: Knowsley (Hybrid working available)

💰 Salary: £40,000 – £44,999 per annum

About the Role

  • Support children, young people, and families through complex circumstances, focusing on safety, stability, and wellbeing.
  • Work proactively to prevent escalation, keeping children safely within their families wherever possible.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships to empower families and create sustainable change.
  • Contribute to care planning that enhances education, emotional wellbeing, and long-term outcomes.
  • Work as part of a multi-agency network, ensuring effective safeguarding and decision-making.
  • Use your professional judgement to influence practice and contribute to service development.

About You

  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
  • Passionate about achieving positive, lasting outcomes for children and families
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and statutory frameworks
  • Committed to continuous professional development and service improvement

  • Hybrid working with a requirement to attend the office 2–3 days per week
