Children’s Social Worker – Greater London

Pay rate – £39.04 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
A Greater London local authority are currently recruiting experienced children’s Social Workers for their Family Help teams.
 
May have cases that are in both private and public court remit 
Average caseload – 18 children
Systems – LCS/EHM
 
Office requirements / Hybrid working arrangements – roughly 2-3 days a week in the office but can increase during duty week which is every 4 weeks
Duty system – 4 weekly cycle – they also work in the MASH during duty week processing referrals
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
