Adult’s Social Worker, Senior Practitioner, Front Door Service, Bristol 
Pay rate £38 per hour 
Contract role – Front Door Service 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Bristol 
This is to work in the Front Door Service 
 
The role 
Leading swift, high-quality decision-making at the front door 
Managing complex cases and risk with clarity and confidence 
Driving timely, proportionate interventions that prevent escalation 
Running duty and triaging referrals based on urgency and need 
Providing supervision, guidance, and oversight to Social Workers, SCPs, OTs and OTAs 
Upholding high standards of practice across the team in a pressured environment 
 
You will need 
Proven experience in high-volume, fast-moving environments 
Expert risk management – confident making defensible decisions at pace 
Strong triage and screening skills – knowing what matters, when it matters 
Skilled in complex assessments (MCA, Best Interests, safeguarding) 
Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and act quickly without compromising quality 
Confident multidisciplinary working, influencing across teams and partners 
Experienced in supervising and developing Social Workers, SCPs, OTs and OTAs
