LADO – West London – 4 days per week.

Pertemps is seeking an experienced Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) to join a safeguarding service in West London. This is a key leadership role focused on managing allegations against professionals and ensuring robust safeguarding practice across the partnership.

You will:

• Lead and coordinate the management of allegations against individuals working with children
• Provide expert safeguarding advice to partners including schools, health, police and voluntary agencies
• Chair multi‑agency meetings and ensure clear, timely decision‑making
• Maintain high‑quality records, reports and oversight of complex cases

You need:

• Strong experience in safeguarding, child protection or LADO‑related work
• Social Work England registration
• Excellent analytical, communication and partnership‑working skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
