£31ph Umbrella – (combination of Physio/OT) Team: ICS Walsall Council/NHS   
37.5hours  
Essential: – Car driver – Registration with HCPC – Experience working in MDT and rehabilitation preferable. – Some post graduate experience rather than just qualified due to the complexity of the team’s caseload at times. To work across all pathways of Intermediate Care – reablement, rapid response and rehab beds. Must have some community experience.
