Adult’s Head of Service – Brent

Pay rate – £550.00 – £650.00 per day
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Brent Council are recruiting an experienced Head of Service for their Adults Quality & Improvement service.
 
Understanding CQC processes and requirements essential
Office-based 2 or 3 times a week – full-time in the event of a CQC inspection
Must be immediately available
Practice Development Needs, Principal Social Work and Transformation Team and Performance Team
Will be supervising a small team of up to 5 direct reports
Performance, data, training, development and practice
Evidence of experience improving a CQC rating in a local authority context would be ideal
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
