Outreach Family Support Worker – Liverpool

Pay rate – £25.26 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Liverpool City Council are recruiting an experienced Outreach Family Support Worker for their Early Help team.

3 days in the office 2 from home
 
Taking whole case responsibility to provide high quality, outreach and home based Early Help support to children and families using a whole family approach (level 3)
Delivering targeted support to children across age ranges (0 -25*) and their families to prevent the need for statutory services and to ensure families access Universal services
*Between ages 19-25 relates only to adults where the SEND Code of Practice is applicable
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
