SEND Key Worker – Staffordshire
£19–£26 per hour
Hybrid Working

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced SEND Key Worker to join a Local Authority Review Team in Staffordshire on a hybrid working basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Review Team to ensure Phase Transfers and Annual Reviews are completed in line with statutory deadlines
• Managing and processing Annual Reviews from start to completion
• Processing and amending Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), with a focus on Phase Transfers
• Liaising with families, schools, and multi-agency professionals to ensure timely and accurate outcomes
• Maintaining clear, accurate records in line with local authority procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a SEND Key Worker or within a SEND / EHCP Review Team
• Strong knowledge of SEND statutory processes, particularly Annual Reviews and Phase Transfers
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
