Chloe has over 8 years’ experience within the recruitment sector, in consulting, operational and project management roles. She is passionate about the health and social care recruitment sector and is a highly dedicated, organised and hardworking individual, always striving to challenge the status quo in order to deliver efficiencies for the business.

Chloe is responsible for simultaneously managing complex projects and initiatives while providing overarching business coordination and strategic thinking to ensure successful delivery of business support and operational functions. She is responsible for providing comprehensive business support by managing all marketing, HR, contracts and the continuous development of internal systems and processes. Degree educated, Chloe holds a Bachelor of Business Degree with a double major in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
